A rare and beautiful 19th C. Anglo Indian quill writing slope with fabulous ivory inlay. There are a few missing pieces of inlay, expected in a piece of this age. Drawers and a paper roller, complete the interior.

A late 17th/early 18th C. Huang Hua Li (yellow rosewood) coffer, a rare and beautiful wood. The lower panel of the coffer, was converted to a drawer, probably in England, in the 19th C. The drawer face is the original panel, I have tried to show the joint on the drawer face in one of the photos. The top 3 drawers appear original. There may be a 6 inch by 3 inch carved molding which drops down on either side of the skirt replaced, probably at the same time they did the lower drawer.
